TERMS OF SERVICE
1.Definions
I/me/my: kune, kuneruru
You/Your: The individual purchasing the Commission.2. Making Orders
- You understand that by commissioning me You are agreeing to this Terms Of Service, and that You have read and understood the contents of the Terms Of Service.
- I reserve the right to refuse Your commission request, without needing to explain the reason.
- When purchasing a commission you will receive a digital full resolution version of the artwork. No shipping is required.
- Your personal information will not be distributed of third parties and will not be used for anything unrelated to these commission contract.3. Edits and changes
- I will show you the rough sketch and ask if there's is anything you'd like to change. I cannot redraw the whole picture, only edit.
- When I'm about halfway finished with the commission, I will show you the picture and I can make small adjustments.
- I will not make any changes on the finished piece.
- For sketch commissions: I will not ask about it, but can make small adjustments if requested.4. Payment
- Payment is done via Paypal invoice or via Finnish bank transaction, and is done in Euro.
- For sketch commissions: Full payment must be provided before I start working on the commission.
- For other commissions: Half of the payment must be provided before I start working on the commission.
- Rest of the payment must be paid before you will receive a full resolution version of the artwork.5. Use of the Commission
- The commission is for you personal use only. Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any parts of the image for commercial use.
- I own the copyrights of the artwork. The characters will hold the copyright of the original creator/owner.
- I may post the commission on my social media accounts unless requested otherwise.
- You may repost the commission to your personal account as long as You provide credits.6. Canceling and Refund
- I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time. If I decide to cancel Your commission, You will receive a full refund.
- For sketch commissions: no refunds.
- For other commission: If You want to cancel the commission, a full refund can be made only if the commission hasn't progressed past sketching phase. After that only a partial refund can be made.
- If the commission has progressed and no payment has been done and You want to cancel the commission, You will still have to pay for the work that has been done.
